- Faith Formation Director (full-time)
- The Faith Formation Director builds relationships within and outside of the church by developing, coordinating, and administering ministry for children, youth, family, and adult ministries. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Wednesday Worship, Youth & Family Ministries, Milestone Ministries, Cross-generational Events, Mission Trips and Youth Gatherings, and other miscellaneous responsibilities. Education and experience are desired, but not required.

- Youth Ministry Coordinator (full-time or part-time)
- The Youth Ministry Coordinator at St. Olaf Lutheran Church will shepherd youth and their families from birth through high school by empowering, supporting, and encouraging youth, their families and adult volunteers in learning, faith formation and spiritual growth. The coordinator will plan, develop, coordinate, and oversee activities for children and families that foster Christian community through relationship-building while promoting fun, spiritual development, ministry, and outreach involvement opportunities.
