LYO and the Gathering

LYO is an organization of young adults throughout our synod. The yearly WND LYO Gathering is held over the weekend of North Dakota's Teacher Convention. The Gathering is a chance for the youth of our synod to come together and worship through music, service projects, and prayer.

2011 Gathering Highlights

Over 180 senior high youth and adult advisors attended the 2011 WND LYO Gathering at the Grand International Inn in Minot. They were inspired by the words and music of singer/songwriter Lloyd Garrelts, as well as Bishop Mark Narum, Gathering Chaplain Pastor Kari Williamson of Lutheran Campus Ministry at Minot State University, and faith talks shared by LYO Board Members.
